When the Covid-19 outbreak forced the world to change, my friend and colleague Michael Florio sat in our respective houses around drinking a coffee brainstorming how to retrofit our work to meet the “new normal”.

We tossed around a few ideas then settled on this one LTC Coffee Break where, in the length of time that it takes to drink a medium coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts, we could share an idea that would inform, educate, and inspire you.
