Each year, we bring our top producers together to celebrate their success. The 2023 Independent Leader’s Conference is scheduled for June 8 – 12 and will take place at the Grand Hyatt Baja Mar Resort in Nassau, Bahamas.
You can qualify for an invitation by accumulating 1,250,000 conference credits between January 1 and December 31, 2022.

You will earn double production credits for business that is submitted between July 1 & September 30 and placed & paid by December 16, 2022. Think about it – you can qualify for the Independent Leaders’ Conference with less effort by submitting business in the third quaeter.
And, we are adding what I call the “Indy sports bonus” for those who submit at least 2 cases with a combined premium of 250,000. For each submitted case, you will receive an entry into our random sports drawing which will be for:
- box seats for an Indianapolis Colts game,
- box seats for an Indiana Pacers game, or
- box seats for the Indianapolis 500
